Contact form terms
1. Provider and scope
The provider is FORZA Michał Grzanka, tax ID (NIP) 6372084433. Email: wspolpraca@forzaevents.pl. These terms govern the free enquiry form at forzaevents.pl. You may save or print them using your browser.
2. Enquiries and proposals
The form allows you to describe your needs and request a response. Submission does not reserve a date, create a payment obligation or conclude an event services contract. Availability, scope, total price and service conditions require a separate proposal and agreement.
3. Technical requirements
The form requires an internet connection, a current browser supporting JavaScript and the necessary session cookie. Internet charges depend on your provider. If the form does not work, you can email your enquiry directly.
4. Using the form
Choose an event type and enter a phone number or email. Other fields are optional. When you select “Send enquiry”, the website checks the entries and shows the result. Success means the server has accepted the message for sending; it is not a booking confirmation or a delivery guarantee.
A contract for a one-off electronic service is formed when you submit the form and ends when the enquiry is accepted. Responses and further arrangements may follow by correspondence. You may stop before submitting by closing the form.
Do not send unlawful content, spam or malware, impersonate others, or include unnecessary personal data about third parties.
5. Complaints about the form
Report problems or complaints to wspolpraca@forzaevents.pl. Describe the issue and provide a means of contact. We reply within 14 days of receiving a complaint, respecting applicable consumer rights. No special complaint form is required.
6. Data and user rights
Data processing is described in the Privacy and cookies policy. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or consent to future marketing campaigns. These terms do not restrict rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Events and changes
Payment, rescheduling, cancellation, service complaints and any right of withdrawal are covered by a separate proposal or contract, taking consumer rules into account. Changes to these terms apply to future use of the form and do not alter existing contracts retrospectively.
